Necklaces are sold by length from 35cm to 90cm and bracelets in 2cm steps, so measure one he already wears. What do you get a man for Valentine's?

Either the chain he'll wear every day or something personal. A plain Cuban or Figaro chain is the safe choice; an engraved bar or an initial is the one that means something. If he already wears a chain, a matching bracelet is an easy win.

Will an engraved piece arrive in time?

Engraved pieces are made to order and take two to three working days before they ship, then delivery on top. Order in the first week of February to be safe. They can't be returned once engraved, so read the wording back twice.

What if I don't know his size?

Find a necklace he already wears and measure it end to end, clasp included. That's the length to buy. Our necklaces are sold from 35cm to 90cm, and you can add the optional 4 inch extender on the product if you'd like some room either way.

How do I get a bracelet size without asking?

Borrow a bracelet he wears and measure it end to end. Ours are sold in 2cm steps, and if you'd like the 4cm extender, choose it on the product and we fit it before it ships.

Which width should I buy?

6mm is the most popular. Narrower sits under a shirt; 8mm and up is meant to be seen. If he wears a chain already, measure its width and go the same or one step heavier.

Is it waterproof?

Strictly, no jewellery is waterproof. Ours is water resistant: 316L stainless steel doesn't tarnish, so showers, swimming, the gym and sleeping in it are all fine. Rinse it after the sea or a pool and dry it.

Does it come gift boxed?

Where a gift box is offered you'll see it as an option on the product; add it there before it goes in your basket. Otherwise steel pieces come in a black velvet pouch.
