An eternity choker was a day collar design before it was anything else here. A loop with no end at the front of a slim chain, which says what a padlock says without needing a key, and which most people can wear to work without anyone asking. That quietness is why the eternity choker became one of the day collars we hand size most often, to the inch, from 11 to 19, because a collar worn with meaning should fit like it was meant.
It's outgrown the collar since. The same loop now hangs on a fine chain as a pendant, and sits on the wrist as a bracelet, for the people who want the mark but not at the throat, or want it in two places. All of it in 316L stainless steel, silver or 18k gold plated, so the symbol you chose for lasting actually does.
Necklace, bracelet, choker or day collar?
The 6mm eternity link necklace at 45cm is the one to give; it sits at the collarbone and reads as a chain until someone looks closely. The bracelet is the daily one. The choker puts the loops at the throat. The day collars are for wearers who want the symbol to be a collar, with an O ring or an infinity heart at the front and a fixed size in inches.
What size do I need?
Necklace: 35 to 90cm, 45cm being the collarbone, with an optional 4 inch extender. Choker: Small for 11 to 15 inch necks, Medium 13 to 17, Large 15 to 19, extender included. Bracelet: 16 to 22cm, wrist plus 1.5cm, optional 4cm extender. Day collars: exact inch sizes from 11 to 19; measure the neck and buy that number, or one up for room.
Silver or gold?
Mostly silver on this page; the eternity link necklace and choker also come in 18k gold plate over the same steel. Silver reads gothic; gold reads like a wedding band. Match what they wear.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Solid 316L stainless steel on the silver, 18k gold plate over it on the gold. A piece meant to be worn forever should not need polishing, and this does not.
Can I wear it in the shower?
Yes. Water resistant, day collars included; the eternity day collars use a lobster clasp, not a brass padlock.
Is it hypoallergenic?
For most wearers, yes. 316L stainless steel, on the neck or wrist all day.
What comes in the box?
A black velvet pouch on the chains; the day collars include a gift box. On the rest, where a gift box is offered, you'll see it as an option on the product page.
