Word Choker & Necklaces

Word chokers that say it in blackletter. A word cut in Old English lettering, sitting at the base of the throat where anyone talking to you will read it. Some of these words are sweet. Some aren't. That's rather the point of putting them on your neck.

They're chokers, not long necklaces, on cable or Figaro chain between 3mm and 5mm, so the word sits where it's legible and the chain doesn't compete with it. Cut in 316L stainless steel and finished in silver, which keeps the serifs sharp; a stamped alloy word loses its edges in the cuts inside a year. Sized Small, Medium and Large by neck measurement with the 4 inch extender fitted, so wrap a tape round your neck where you want the word to sit. If you'd rather it were your sign or your number, the zodiac and angel number chokers use the same letters.

Chain choker or word collar?

The chain choker is stainless steel, a fixed word cut as a pendant on a 3mm chain, and can stay on in the shower. The word collar is faux leather with letter charms fitted to your own text, up to ten letters, and comes off for water. If you want one of the words we already cut, the choker. What size do I need?

Chain chokers: Small for 11 to 15 inch necks, Medium 13 to 17, Large 15 to 19, with a 4 inch extender. Word collars: Small to Medium for 11.5 to 15 inch necks, Medium to Large for 14 to 18.5, with buckle adjustment. Measure where the word will sit; for a gift with no measurement, Medium or Small to Medium.

Can I use any word on the collar?

Yes. Up to ten letters, and we do not filter. What you type is what we fit, so read it back before you confirm.

Will it tarnish or turn my neck green?

The chain chokers, no; solid 316L stainless steel, or rose gold plated over it. The collars use chrome plated alloy letters on a faux leather band, which are fine for dry wear but are not steel.

Can I wear it in the shower?

The chain chokers, yes. The word collars, no; keep the band and the letters dry.

Is it hypoallergenic?

The steel chokers, for most wearers, yes. The collar band is fine for most people; the letters are plated alloy and sit on the outside of the band, away from the skin.
