Most men's jewellery is either too flashy to wear to work or too cheap to last a month. What you want is a chain you put on once and forget about, because it doesn't go green, doesn't snap and doesn't need taking off for the gym.

That's everything here. Plain chains in Cuban, Figaro, box and Byzantine, from a fine 2mm to heavy links you'll feel. Bracelets to match. Pendants, crosses and skulls among them, and hoops and studs sold as pairs. It's 316L stainless steel, silver or 18k gold plated, with every chain cut and finished by us, so it doesn't tarnish and you can shower, train and sleep in it.

Necklaces are sold by length from 35cm to 90cm, and bracelets in 2cm steps. If you already own a chain, measure it end to end and buy the same length. 6mm is our most popular width. Most men start with one chain and come back for the bracelet in the same link.

Where should I start?

With a plain chain or a chain bracelet. It's the piece you'll wear every day, and it goes with everything else you might add later. If you want something with meaning, a cross or skull pendant.

Cuban, Figaro or Byzantine?

Cuban is the flat, interlocking link most people picture when they think of a chain. Figaro has a rhythm, three short links and one long, so it looks finished on its own. Byzantine is four links woven together; it's heavy for its width and it's the one people ask about. Box and belcher are the plainer options.

Which width should I get?

6mm is our most popular width. Under 4mm sits under a shirt and pairs with a pendant. 8mm and up is meant to be seen, and 10mm and 12mm are heavy pieces you'll feel. If you already wear a chain, measure its width and go the same or one step up.

What length chain should I get?

Measure a chain you already wear, end to end with the clasp, or wrap a tape where you want it to sit. Our necklaces are sold in centimetres from 35cm to 90cm. Shorter sits at the base of the neck, longer sits on the chest, and where you want it is your call. You can add the optional 4 inch extender on the product if you'd like some room either way.

How do I size a bracelet?

Wrap a tape snug round your wrist just below the bone and add a centimetre or two for how loose you like it. Ours are sold in 2cm steps. If you'd like the 4cm extender, choose it on the product and we fit it before it ships.

Silver or gold?

Both are 316L stainless steel. Silver is steel all the way through, so there's nothing to wear off. Gold is an 18k plate over the same steel, which stays gold for years but eventually wears where it rubs hardest, usually the clasp. Match your watch or whatever else you wear.
