A hoop is the easiest earring for a man to wear, as long as it's the right size and stays shut. Too big and it's a statement; too cheap and it's coming out by Friday.

These are our hoops in 316L stainless steel, silver or 18k gold plated, sold as pairs: plain hoops, huggies that hug the lobe, and a few with a charm hanging from them. The steel is hypoallergenic for most wearers and doesn't tarnish, so you can leave them in to sleep and shower.

Are they hypoallergenic?

For most wearers, yes. They're 316L stainless steel, the grade used for surgical steel, which is why they can stay in for weeks. They're sold as pairs.

Can I sleep and shower in them?

Yes. They're steel, so water won't tarnish them, and a huggie is comfortable enough to sleep in.

Silver or gold?

Both are 316L stainless steel. Silver is steel all the way through, so there's nothing to wear off. Gold is an 18k plate over the same steel, which stays gold for years but eventually wears where it rubs hardest, usually the clasp. Match your watch or whatever else you wear.
